I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to you and say hello. My name is Troy Smith, your new Outside Sales Rep for the Las Vegas area.

I am so excited to be a part of this team! I have an extensive customer relations background and will strive to continue to grow the business here in the Vegas Valley. I’ve been tasked to visit new shops to introduce B, as well as follow up with our existing customers. I will be an additional point of contact to support sellers and assist in resolving issues at the shop floor level. I will also help monitor account activity to look for areas of opportunity to gain additional market share in the region. My goal is to work as a team, to drive sales revenue and set the bar high for customer satisfaction in our industry.

I will be reaching out to you all individually, over the next few weeks as we set up routes and start hitting the pavement. If there is a specific shop that needs attention, feel free to reach out, as I’m here to help. I’m looking forward to meeting and working with all of you!
