I have never had this situation priorpreviously outside of accommodated students.
If he decides to allow the student to record his lectures I am thinking it might be wise to have the student sign an agreement similar to one an accommodated student would completesign regarding the terms of use, etc. Would you be able to provide Alex with the wording used on a sample accommodation form or any other suggestions?
