I, Aaron L Taylor-Scott, P.S.E. clerk at IMF Linthcuim facility received a letter for a seven day suspension onin
June for failure to be in regular attendance.
Upon further investigation, there isare discrepancies with the dates and allegations listed on the Warningwarning letter, &and the dates provided on the seven day suspension letter.
The following June 1616th, 2017,
the date of absence occurred before the letter of warning was issued.
As a precautionary effort to reduce ocurrances on my file, I applied for FMLA, based on information provided by the IMF supervisor.
I was givinggiven incorrect information in regards to requirements needed to obtain the assistance.
Human resources denied my claim, due to the fact that postal employees must have 12monthstwelve months and 1,250hrsone thousand, two hundred and fifty hours.
