During the dates Patricia is requesting we only have Denise Sanabria with a scheduled time offtime-off request, for July 3rd. theThe remainder of the dates are clear, however coverage wisecoverage-wise, we are not covered due to Patricia being the only agent in the English Queue. weWe suggest offering over-timeovertime or adjusting schedules to help out with the coverage until 8pm.
