To whom it may concern, Scott Davis and Crystal Estep are currently residents at 1470 East Hudson Street, Columbus, Ohio 43211.tThey're renting on a month to month basis as opposed to a year's lease at this time. Due to the fact that Crystal Estep is my grandson's sister-in-law, I agreed to help them get on their feet, so we came up with the arrangement that they will work 90 hours a month, at $10 per hour, for their rent. tThe gas ,electric, and water are all included at a total of $900 a month. tThey also rent out one of the three bedrooms to their neiece kKelcey Davis, for $325 a month, for other expenses they may have.
