It is certain that our desire to receive a scientific education outside our country is one of the reasons for the situation in Iraq. On the other hand, every 20-year-old sthudent has scientific ambition of every student is 20 years, and he is looking for his (completed) education. The Wweighting of the study was done in Italy for two reasons:
1- In recent years, education in Italy has witnessed a remarkable development and a great rise in the level of education. Italian universities havre advancedow ato an advanced level in the international classification. The Iraqis in Italy have witnessed the kindness of the Italian people. This is what we have lost in other countries.
