After a thorough selection process, I selected x as a teaching assistant due to his extensive and demonstrated experience in the field of Architecture, both within professional practice and teaching. The fact that he holds a Post Professional Masters Degree in Advanced Design, by Gsapp, Columbia University, and his critical and constructive approach to teaching were key factors toin haveing him join the studio.

In his capacity, he was directly involved in reviewing the work of the students and providesing his advice on projects submitted by them. He worked with the students to help them synthesize their work to create holistic solutions, addressing the studio topic. Both together with me, or solo, x was responsible fofr leading critical sessions with students and judgeing their work on a weekly basis by group pin-ups.

x’s role in judging the work of the students has been critical to the good development of the studio. His suggestions were truly valuable in performing the evaluation of the students' work throughout the semester, also playing also a key role on the grading of each student.
