I understand the innate responsibility of protecting Moovn as a company. My team and I have reviewed the contract . The majority of the contract was not written in our favor. Many points that we discussed were completely omitted . I wioulld like to highlight a few points that were not mentioned in the contract.


• There is no mention of the zero percent commission for my team and Ime as drivers.
• I spoke to Mr. Goodwin Gabriel about assigning beneficiaries.
• I also spoke to Mr. Goodwin Gabriel about receiving commission for customer referrals.



Again, I understand the need to protect Moovn, but my team and I intend to be 100% dedicated to Moovn. Having a clause in the contract stating that Moovn can terminate our contract at anytime does not convey any confidence or optimism to me and my team and I. We are excited to become a cornerstone inof your company. We are certain that we can help with your NYC expansion. Unfortunately, under the terms of your proposed contract, I don’t see how that will be feasible. I am looking forward to a ratified contract that will be beneficial to all parties involved.
