Thank you for your patience. I spoke witoh our Nnational contact from LG today and his team today, to see if it is possible to ship the TVs for the property to receive them on the 16th. We are attempting to meet the original two-week request, based on when the order was entered into the system on January 24th and released when payment cleared after the 27th.

We understand that you need the TVs and LG has flagged your order as a top priority. If LG receives the products this week, they should be able to ship next week.
