I live in flat number 40 and I would like to inform you of a security camera the person in flat number 41 installed himself in the stairway, about 5 steps up and about 5 feet high. iI would like it removed, please.

He can see me coming and going, which iI believe is a privacy issue; it also causinges me stress.
