In today’s technologyical world, we have a lot of collaboration tools to use effectively in at school, work, or in our personal lives. For instance, in our Collaborative Software and Technology class, we have seen some of the most common and useful tools. They are the following: email, Google Doc., my file, H Drive, and USB.

Email is a method of exchanging digital messages between people using digital devices such as computers, tablets and mobile phones. AThe advantage of using email is easy to access at, anywhere and anytime, where ithas iInternet or Wi-Fi. DOne disadvantages are the following:s it can make the wconnebsicteion slow down easily when attaching or uploading files. It can alsom betimes inconvenient for people becauseif alwatheys doneed 'to know thea person's email address toin order to send an item to the receiver. InFrom my own perspective, I will keep using email, even though it has more disadvantages than advantages. InFor the purposes of usage at school, school email is the easiest way because the school email can find allny theof my classmates' email addresses on the oOutlook address book.
