The services are required as Counsel and local legal representation. The agreement will be coencludtered into for a period [...] of one years, automatically renewable from year to year thereafter. An amount of two hundred & 00/100 ($ 200.00), as a monthly sretalainery, must be paid on the 1st of each month. It should be noted that, in both the above mentioned cases, the monthly fees are fixed.
