The basis of this research is to conduct a process investigation into the domestic cargo clearance at Kingston Wharves Limited and to determine how these processes can be improved. A tThorough research will be conducted to assess how the problems highlighted can be improved by way of employing both primary and secondary data to complete this project. Furthermore, mixed methods such as interviews, questionnaires and personal observation will be used. Secondary data will takbe gatheffrectd from journals, books, newspapers, articles and websites. The Kingston Wharves Limited will be solely examined to ascertain how best to access and define the problem(s) and to assist in their improvement of production.
