This is to confirm that my patient, Ms. D. K. Thomas, has suffered with mental -related trauma and has endured with this circumstance since the unexpected accidental death of her son in March, 2010.

It is my professional diagnosis that Ms. D. K. Thomas uis unfit for any employment -related programs or any DWP fit -for -work assessment,. aAny medical assessments should only take place in the home of Ms. Thomas due to Ms. Thomas finding it  distressing to leave her home. tThe effects of her being made to leave her home is too much strain on Ms. Thomas' mental state, resulting in Ms. Thomas harming herself and others, displaying very aggressive  behaviour.
