2. Concepts that should replace KITA as a positive reinforcement isare to focus more on motivatoring factors and positive hygiene factors. EmphaFocusizing on these can make a difference for both, the company and worker(s). People at any level like to be recognized, have challenging and meaningful work as well as room for growth. These motivator factors motivate the employee. OIn addithe iother hand, positive hygiene factors candd causeto job satisfaction. SMometivating factors include; competitive salary, vacation, good working conditions, gooand positive relationships with the bemplossyer and peers. Companies should concentrate on hygiene factors that cause job satisfaction rather than dissatisfaction. I consider that as an employee, pay will always be important. Nonetheless I’m also motivated on the benefits/perks my company provides as well as the working conditions and company policies. I’m also encouraged by the type of work I do and tasks/projects I get assigned. Most importantly, the type of relationship I have with my boss and that he values my skills and allows me the latitude to accomplicrsh those mantagsks. Whiler. Tthis does not mean that my work is not overseen by him or other managers, buit rather givellows the team autonomous responsibility to work independently.
