Many educationalists, who agreed to the statement that teacher’s “personality” and “mental health” which they exhibited during the lecture was imperative. There were a number of educationalists, psychologists, and researchers who believed that this distinctiveness influenced the students more than the knowledge of a teacher and method. Fruitless coaching always certified to personality flaws, such as insufficient tenderness, passion, and compassion or could be due to needless domination and inflexibility (Coates and Thoresen, 1976).
