I would like to request the following:
We should include the tracking # for all USPS shipped orders when invoicing them. I was told they should be invoiced first, then print the labels. Has this changed? If not!, Ccan it be changed?
Access to my E-mail!. I understand you feel I struggled with my business writing and grammar skills in my previous position. I respect your decision if you do not want me to send emails. I was just asking for access to be informed of any updates/changes within the company., Iinstead of relying on anyone to tell me.
We should have a meeting on what is expected from each of our roles within the sample department and who backs up who, if absent. To avoid confusion.
Please include everyone, who is involved with anything within the Sample Department, when having meetings and any future changes.
Lastly, I would also like to request from management, a more time -effective way we can handle our bulk mail system.
Where are we with the requests below?
All samples, binder sets, catalogues, pulls, hardware, touch -up pens & finials orders. I would like them to be generated, invoiced, shipped & shipped orders, tracking #'s emailed by our sample department.
UPS WorldShip, and USPS to be downloaded to each of our computers to generate all labels from our desk and grab them from the Zebra printer.
