The project proposes four phases:
• Minimum. The features are similar to actual.
• Self-service. Get all the features defined for self-service.
• Stakeholders Management. Develop those features that enable reporting, services, etc. to stakeholders who are not customers.
• Sales. Develop those capabilities that allow the online sale.
