The author should provide enough information about the background of the two theories, and discuss more about how other scholars have applied these theories to their research.

Moreover, on page 12, the author says, “The survey consisted of 55 questions…” Since satisfaction and loyalty are on separate measurement scales, the number of items assessing satisfaction and loyalty needs to be mentioned separately.
