Regarding the monthly monitoring meeting, by default, we would like to visit you at .... Although we are open to be adaptaflexible on this depending ofn the need of the project. If you have your own WebEx, we could join you.

When technical meetings are required we would rather prefer to hold them at UoN if possible. However, on some occasions we may prefer/require to hold the technical meeting at ....
