Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing you this letter in concern for my family and the decisions I'm having to make. Recently my dad got tested positive and is currently quarantined in an isolation facility. My mom and my brother are at home, but my mom is also severely unwell and my brother is only 7 years old and. I'm the only one currently at home to take care of them. weWe don't have any trustworthy people to turn to since we are new to Abu Dhabi and all our relatives and friends are in Dubai. Under these conditions, I would request that I be exemptedexempt from the practice sessions arranged on 11-12 April (Phy/Che/BS/Acc) and 14 April (Comp Sci), as it is difficult to leave themmy family members for a long period of time for consecutive days.
Concerning the final practical examination, I would request to take it during these dates (13,15,18,19 April ) if I can leave as soon as I finish my practical/ viva exams.
