I'm reaching out to coordinate a monthly owner/contractor meeting that is commensuratingcommensurate with the first draw schedule.

The purpose of the monthly meetings is to review the invoices scheduled for payment.

I am proposing a 60-minute meeting starting at 6:30 am or 6 pm. Please let me know what day of the week and what time works best for you?

Month 1 - Meeting one options include the week of December 2 -6, 2019.

Month 2 - Meeting two options include the week of January 6-10, 2020.

Month 3 - Meeting three options include the week of February 2-6, 2020.

Month 4 - Meeting four options include the week of March 2-6, 2020.
