It was more of an excited, "ahh I can’t wait" question vs. an "omg what is going to happenhappen?" question. I am really loving and enjoying the RA role. At times it can be a bit changelingchallenging, because I do not have anyone directly here with me, but I believe that you and I are making the distantdistance work. J Please let me know if there are any areas that you believe I can improve on.

Here areare the tasks that I have been working on this week:

Reviewed weekly job position to ensure the following was includeincluded:
Position Status
Date Position was filled
Job application listed as hire/completehired/complete
Sent all recruiters their open job position, to ensure that it was up to date
Reviewed recruitment email
Moved emails to recruiter sub-folders
Marked all candidates as green (are in SF) or red (not in SF)
Searched for upcoming job fairs and added them to googleGoogle sheets (we can review in our O3 tomorrow)
Searched for educational programs and residencies and added them to googleGoogle sheets, with contact information
Added, removed, and changed job positions for recruiters
