Tuesday: drinkDrank an energy drink in the morning, and I'm feeling a & little nervous &and tensed. After work, drinkI drank some pre- workout formula &and went to the gym feeling felt feeling a little fatigued,. I have no nervous symptoms.
Wednesday: drinkDrank an energy drink in the morning and& felt okay in the afternoon. EIn the evening, I felt a little nervyous. Around 8:30pmPM, I had a punch &and kick class, and did the punching for 30 minutes.
Thursday: drinkDrank an energy drink &and in the evening I felt my heart felt tightened &and nervy. DrinkI drank a pre-workout &and I went to the gym, still felteling fatigued &and nervousvy. ToOn On the fourth day I can't couldn't handle the energy drink, as it makdes my heart feel tight and & nervyous.
