I'm writing to complain about your creeam service. I have been useing your taxi car to go to my college for the past three days ago. But, unfortunately, there are a number of problems.
First, the air conditioning is broken, which makinges me feel uncomfortable. Another problem is, that the driver is driving stoo fast. Also, the ride is sovery expensive.
I have sendt you an email to you to fix these things, and you tell me not to worry iand that you weill fix these problems soon. But iI see nothing happeneding. The problems still exists. I am really unhappy about this level of service.
wWould you please contact me as soon as possible, to let me know what you are going to do about this?
